# Eliminación de cuenta MYMOID

Si, aunque lamentamos que tomes esta decisión, puedes eliminar una cuenta de MYMOID. Sigue los siguientes pasos:

1. Navega a la sección [My profile](https://accounts.mymoid.com/dashboard/profile/info)
2. Haz clic en `Delete Account` y confirma la solicitud de eliminación de cuenta.

Ten en cuenta que el proceso de eliminación no es **inmediato**. Debido a que una cuenta puede tener información sensible, nuestro equipo de soporte debe analizar la información vinculada. Este proceso puede durar hasta 30 días. Te mantendremos informado.
